Strong performance for mcm programmes in latest radio survey.

The latest radio survey confirms that mcm entertainment’s nationally syndicated programmes continue to perform well in their markets. Highlights from this survey include:
- THE JONATHAN COLEMAN EXPERIENCE maintains its position in Melbourne as the top ranking programme in its timeslot. The show, hosted by Jono Coleman and Julia Zemiro, also increased its audience share in Sydney and Brisbane.
- The Ryan Seacrest hosted AMERICAN TOP 40 (AT40) increased its share in all 5 markets for its target demographic - all people 18-39yrs. The largest increase was in Melbourne where AT40 gained 4.2% among the target demo. The US music chart show also wins the No.1 FM programme in Melbourne in its timeslot for all people 10+.
- Music documentary series PLANET ROCK EVOLUTION has increased its share amongst the 30-44 target demographic in Sydney, Melbourne and Adelaide. The show remains the No.1 FM programme in its timeslot in Adelaide for the 2nd survey in a row (all people 10+ and all people 30-44).
- THE HOT HITS, hosted by Kyle Sandilands and Jackie O gained audience share in Sydney, Brisbane, Perth and Adelaide, where the show won a 1.9% increase. In Sydney THE HOT HITS becomes the No.1 programme in its timeslot for both AM and FM stations.
- mcm entertainment’s flagship programme TAKE 40 AUSTRALIA increased its share in Sydney, Perth and Melbourne, with a particularly strong performance in the target demographic of 18-39s. Among this demographic, the long running chart countdown was up 5.4% in Sydney (No.1 overall); in Perth it doubled its share with a rise of 8.5% and Melbourne saw an increase of 4%.
